After being referred by Veronica, I decided to make an appointment. They were able to make arrangements for me last minute on my only day off. Came in, was greeted by Veronica & Pam. Place was so clean and had amazing finishing touches. Had x-rays & a deep clean done. Amazing service from everyone on staff. I will definitely be looking forward to come back for another visit :)

I went in for an advertised special on teeth whitening and they did what was promised, very efficiently. There were no upgrade suggestions or hard sell on getting more work done there. Just that alone made me want to come back!

I came here trying to find a new dentist. This location was not as convenient for me to get to and they were not in my insurance network. So I was frank about my concerns and didn’t have any expectations of staying. Upon meeting Dr. Peeling and her staff, I quickly reconsidered. They addressed my concerns with professionalism and polite candidness. There were no surprises and awkwardness. They provided the information I needed to make a decision about whether to get treatment here or not. They explained things every step of the way and made sure I was very comfortable. They gave me all the options to consider and did not push one over the other. I felt that I was well informed to make a decision and had a great first experience.

I stumbled upon University Oaks Dental on San Felipe as I was going to the restaurant next to it and it turned out to be a great find. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Peeling did an amazing job on my teeth. The office is clean and calming. I also liked that the office has the technology to allow me to see my teeth on the TV screen so I that I could understand the problems we were discussing. I am happy with my decision to change to this dentist.

I was pleasantly surprised when the office manager offered to show me all of the office amenities and services they offered. I went in for an advertised special on teeth whitening and they did what was promised, very efficiently. There were no upgrade suggestions or hard sell on getting more work done there. Just that alone made me want to come back!

Had no pain while doing the cleaning and we then decided to start the process of getting Invisalign through them. I came here trying to find a new dentist. This location was not as convenient for me to get to and they were not in my insurance network. So I was frank about my concerns and didn’t have any expectations of staying. Upon meeting Dr. Peeling and her staff, I quickly reconsidered. They addressed my concerns with professionalism and polite candidness. There were no surprises and awkwardness. They provided the information I needed to make a decision about whether to get treatment here or not. They explained things every step of the way and made sure I was very comfortable. They gave me all the options to consider and did not push one over the other. I felt that I was well informed to make a decision and had a great first experience.

I also liked that the office has the technology to allow me to see my teeth on the TV screen so I that I could understand the problems we were discussing. I was pleasantly surprised when the office manager offered to show me all of the office amenities and services they offered. The dentist and dental assistant were very professional and were able to complete my cleaning and followup treatment in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend!
